What a Planner Needs to Know
It's been a hot minute since we've last posted something other than events. Rightfully so, we want you to experience what it's like to be doing events with Hip Hip Hooray dot Love. But we never want to stray away from who's behind the scenes. Not because we should be in the forefront, but because we want you to know who you're partnering with.
Planning a wedding can be difficult and if you've never done it before, you're not going to know where to even start. I'm not going to get into the nitty gritty, but I was reminded at training for my other job and realized there's a short list of what I need when helping you plan. All of which contribute to seeing the big picture.
Here's some questions to help us help you:
- What do you want the wedding to look like? (Small, big, classy, straight out of a movie, minimal, outside, inside)
- What's your budget?
- What season?
- What ambiance are you trying for? I just spoke with a couple who wanted a brewery vibe - chill and buzzed. I'm the type to want something traditionally simple.
- Do you have any concerns regarding the wedding?
