We will be sure the bridal party is taken care of by providing: wake up calls, picking up pre-ordered food, putting together a set up for when the photographer arrives for getting ready pictures, keeping time, providing a bridal emergency kit.
Day of Timeline
Ensure all the families, friends, helpers, musicians, officiants, and all will be arriving as planned and ensuring they will be taken care of throughout the event.
Greeting vendors and ensuring the services are being carried out in a way that the groom and bride would appreciate and planned it to be. We contact vendors the night before to confirm arrival times and take care of any last minute arrangements.
Setup + Cleanup
If any set up or clean up needs to be done, coordinators will be there to put the finishing touches down and make sure nothing is left behind by the end of the night.
Carnie was calm and reassuring throughout the day and my husband and I cannot recall her asking us any wedding planning/coordinating related questions. She just periodically checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were okay. I'm not sure what questions the vendors had, and if they did, Carnie handled them all and all vendor related items went smoothly without hitches. Nothing came back to me and as far as I can recall I did not have to make any decisions or do any directing the day of.
I am so glad we had Carnie help plan and coordinate our wedding day! She was so helpful in our search for vendors and decor, decision making, and helper coordination. She was very communicative and always made herself available when we needed her. We didn't need to worry about anything the day of our 250+ people wedding because she took care of it all. I also really appreciated how she would check up on us as we planned, making sure we weren't too stressed out and praying for us through this time. In the end, she really made our goals for the day, her goals for the day and was so easy and awesome to work with.
