Carnie was calm and reassuring throughout the day and my husband and I cannot recall her asking us any wedding planning/coordinating related questions. She just periodically checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were okay. I'm not sure what questions the vendors had, and if they did, Carnie handled them all and all vendor related items went smoothly without hitches. Nothing came back to me and as far as I can recall I did not have to make any decisions or do any directing the day of.
I am so glad we had Carnie help plan and coordinate our wedding day! She was so helpful in our search for vendors and decor, decision making, and helper coordination. She was very communicative and always made herself available when we needed her. We didn't need to worry about anything the day of our 250+ people wedding because she took care of it all. I also really appreciated how she would check up on us as we planned, making sure we weren't too stressed out and praying for us through this time. In the end, she really made our goals for the day, her goals for the day and was so easy and awesome to work with.
From the beginning, Carnie was professional, friendly and easy to work with. Carnie was responsive to emails and texts, and went above and beyond to assist us in our wedding preparations process by contacting vendors, gathering insurance and coordinating our volunteers. She made time in her schedule to attend the venue meeting with us. The day of the wedding, she was timely and moved things right along schedule. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and did not hear of any issues during our wedding. Thanks to Carnie and Melissa’s hard work on the day of, we were able to enjoy ourselves and relax. After the wedding, Carnie promptly mailed out our marriage certificate application and sent us the tracking number. We were touched by the small, yet thoughtful gestures she made to ensure our wedding was a wonderful, non-stressful experience. There is genuine quality, care and excellence behind the work Hip Hip Hooray.Love does, and it shows!
We're so grateful we found Carnie to be our day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding! She's the sweetest and most attentive person anyone could hope for. She was the first person to arrive on the day and the last to leave, and made sure everything ran smoothly, from directing guests and vendors to coordinating the ceremony. She went above and beyond her duties: we can't recommend her highly enough!
